In close collaboration with Ecotip Macedonia, Jeronimo Coffee has finalized an international cooperation agreement with the Sweden-based Bluewater Group to become Macedonia's first official flagship outlet for the award-winning Café Station 1™ water optimization system.
Coffee is 98.5% water — the single largest ingredient in every cup, yet until now the least controlled. By integrating Bluewater's SuperiorOsmosis™ purification and Liquid Rock™ mineralization technology into our roastery, we are taking control of that hidden ingredient to unlock the truest flavours of every bean we roast.
